Hola mi gente! This week has been amazing and food has led my way right to another one of its secret destinations. This food story however is one of utmost simplicity. It’s enthralling how much the simple concept of ‘food’ conceals beneath its layers. Food is very much like an onion. Forgive me for the rather clichéd analogy, but the similarity of food couldn’t be less compared to this example where more you pull apart the layers, an equal amount of layers show up beneath. You think dessert is the best? You simply haven’t pulled apart enough layers from food. I believe a true connoisseur of food is one who can absolutely keep no favourites when he eats.
