We all have situations or events that have happened in our lives that we find difficult to accept, it could be certain choices, certain people you once admitted or lost in your life, a situation at school or work . Whatever it is …. often we unconsciously or consciously want to fight a situation that is just the way it is, while we actually have to accept what the situation is. As difficult as it may be, I think that counteracting accepting a particular situation makes it even more difficult than accepting it itself.
